She brought him back to life, and he wanted more. He filled her with passion, and she wanted to run. Will Deanna be able to open her heart and let someone fight for her? Will Lucky be able to prove that a Lucky Kiss could lead to more than just that…
Intended for adults 18+
Melanie Shawn has been one of my favorite authors since I was introduced to her Crossroads Series, and since starting to read the Hope Falls Series I have been just as enamored with her characters and story lines. I thoroughly enjoy that we still have character reappearances through the series and we get to continue on in their stories as well.
I can’t say it enough, this series just keeps getting better and better and the “Melanie Shawn” duo amazes with every book they come out with! I think I say this after reading every book, but Lucky Kiss was amazing and has now taken the crown of absolute favorite book of this series! This love story was funny and heartfelt and I didn’t want it to end. I loved seeing big, bad Lucky Dorsey fall hard and flat on his face for Deanna. How the mighty fall hard and it made this book just so much more romantic! I also once again have to complement the chemistry and crazy heat, all the things that make Melanie Shawn’s books so amazing. I loved this set of main characters, they were laugh out loud hysterical! Melanie Shawn has an ability to keep their readers engaged in the story. They make you want to live with these people and be friends with them. All of Melanie’s books always have the perfect blend of romance, sex and plot.
This can be ready as a standalone novel, even though reading just this book will not be enough, you will have to read the entire series!
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
